Yunshen owns four major standardized production bases located in Guangzhou, Foshan, Changsha and Zhaoqing, covering a total factory area of 80,000 square meters. All production workshops adopt 100,000-class sterile purification standards, while the core lyophilized powder filling workshop adopts 100-class local high-precision purification to ensure medical-grade product safety.
Equipped with 13 imported professional freeze dryers and more than 50 fully automatic production lines, we adopt professional -40℃ ultra-low temperature vacuum freeze-drying technology, which retains more than 97% of polypeptide active activity. Our daily output reaches 6 million vials, and the annual lyophilized powder production capacity exceeds 300 million pairs, realizing stable and efficient mass supply for global customers.

As a leading manufacturer with cosmetic, disinfection and Class II medical device triple qualifications, we hold 72 independent patents and participate in the formulation of 3 industry standards.
